Alix Earle is offering a vulnerable glimpse into her personal life as she airs tensions within her family following her breakup with Braxton Berrios.
On July 30, Netflix released the first teaser for Earle Meets World, a new reality series centered on the 25-year-old Dancing with the Stars alumna and her “blended family.” According to the streamer’s official tagline, the show will document “the real-time messiness of a young woman in transition.”
The teaser offers a look at Earle’s private life as she attends high-profile events, prepares for Dancing with the Stars, and navigates more moments with family and friends. One of the standout scenes features Earle confronting her family during a group dinner over their apparent support for her ex, Berrios, who is a Giants wide receiver.

“You all are Team Braxton,” she says, as the clip cuts to her dad shrugging in response.
Earle and Berrios were first linked in early 2023, though she denied the relationship for months before confirming it in November of that year. At the time, Berrios was playing as a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, and Earle was often seen attending games to support him.
The relationship came to an end roughly two years later, shortly after Earle’s run on Dancing with the Stars. She finished in second place behind the winner, Robert Irwin.

During the competition, viewers pointed out that Berrios was noticeably absent from the audience week after week. Earle later told People that her then-boyfriend missed her first performance because he was “stuck in football world.”
Since the split, Earle has spoken openly about the breakup on social media, and the upcoming series is expected to expand on it even more. In a February Get Ready With Me video, she hinted that viewers will see a more vulnerable side of her than ever before.
“I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t a little scary,” Earle said. “I’m so used to being in control of what I share and what I keep private, so having cameras around in moments I normally wouldn’t post is definitely an adjustment.”

She continued, “I just am going through so much emotionally right now in my life. I feel like you guys are just really going to see me going through it.”
Earle Meets World will feature Earle’s extended family, including her dad, TJ, his wife, Ashley, their children, Izabel, Penelope, and Thomas, her mom, Alisa, her mom’s boyfriend, Todd, and her sister, Ashtin. The series will also include appearances from her longtime friend Sally and fellow influencers, including Jake Shane.
Additionally, Earle’s former Dancing with the Stars partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, and his wife, Jenna Johnson, are set to appear.
Earle Meets World premieres exclusively on Netflix on September 4.
