In a new campaign for the high jewelry brand Messika, Irina Shayk stunned in a plain black dress featuring a huge cutout at the back. On April 13, the Russian model took to Instagram to share a video as well as several snaps of herself modelling pieces from Messika’s latest collection, Moderniste. Oscar winner Julianne Moore is also frontlining the campaign.

Styled by Vero Didry, Irina Shayk donned a sophisticated, monochromatic ensemble that struck a balance between minimalism and high-glamour accessorizing. She wore a black ribbed knit dress with a dramatically open back and a high mock-neck. Its textured ribbing added a tactile depth to the dark fabric. Meanwhile, the massive back cutout gave it a bold, structural element that contrasted with the sleek, long-sleeved front.
Shayk paired the dress with an array of yellow gold and diamond-encrusted jewelry from Messika’s Moderniste collection. On her wrists were multiple thick, architectural bracelets; some with high-polish gold finishes and others pavé-set with shimmering diamonds. Her rings and ear stack featured similar geometric themes.

Gold hoops and cuffs followed the curve of her ear, adding a modern, edgy touch to the timeless outfit. In another photo, a delicate gold back-lace hung down the center of her spine, with a small sliding clasp that mirrored the geometric design of the bracelets. The jewelry created a luxurious, high-contrast effect against the daring black dress.
The 40-year-old wore her hair in a tight, low ponytail, keeping the focus strictly on her stunning features and the sparkling jewelry.
