He became a father when he welcomed daughters Audrey and Georgia with his ex-wife and former teacher, Mary Kay Letourneau

Georgia and Audrey have both started families of their own

Vili Fualaau is both a father and a grandfather.

Vili was previously married to his former sixth-grade teacher, Mary Kay Letourneau, who started sexually abusing him he when he was 12 years old. When the abuse was eventually exposed, Letourneau was arrested and eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of child rape and was sentenced to over seven years in prison.

Before she reported to prison, she and Vili had conceived their first child. She welcomed daughter Audrey Lokelani Fualaau on May 23, 1997. She became pregnant for a second time and welcomed daughter Georgia on Oct. 16, 1998, while she was in prison.

Following her release from prison in 2004, Vili and Letourneau married on May 21, 2005. They remained married for 12 years before Vili filed for separation, which was later granted in August 2019. On July 7, 2020, Letourneau died from cancer at 58 years old.

Vili has since moved on and welcomed his third daughter, Sophia, in May 2022.

From their views on their parents’ relationship to their personal lives, here’s everything to know about Vili Fualaau’s children.

Audrey was conceived before Letourneau's arrest

Letourneau began sexually abusing Vili just days shy of his 13th birthday, telling Oprah Winfrey that she considered Vili to be "the love of my life."

Though Vili said after her arrest that they had planned the pregnancy, Letourneau denied it but added she was “not angry” when she learned she was expecting.

Audrey was born in May 1997, and three months later, her mom pleaded guilty to two counts of child rape.

Georgia was born during Letourneau's prison sentence

The judge presiding over Letourneau’s case sentenced her to seven and a half years in prison, but suspended all but six months if she agreed to enter a treatment program for sex offenders and took prescription medication for bipolar disorder. She also was to have no contact with Vili.

Letourneau was then released on Jan. 2, 1998. However, she told friends that she stopped taking her medication. Exactly a month later, Vili called Letourneau, and the two were found the next morning in her car.

She went back to jail for violating her parole and served a seven-year sentence. However, in the month she was out of prison, Letourneau became pregnant with Georgia, and the baby was born in jail in October of that year.

Vili later shared in a 20/20 interview with Barbara Walters that he struggled with depression for a long time, especially as he didn’t feel supported after having two kids while still a teenager.

"I'm surprised I'm still alive today," he said. "I went through a really dark time."

The couple told PEOPLE in 2006 that while Letourneau was in jail, Vili’s mom had custody of their daughters, and they were working on getting it back.

“We are grateful for all she’s done and we all worked really hard to stay focused on what’s best for the girls,” Letourneau said. “It’ll be nice to take the girls to Disneyland and not have to ask the state or notify Vili’s mom.”

They are accepting of their parents’ former relationship, even with the history of abuse

In 2018, when Audrey was 21 and Georgia was 19, they did an interview with Australia’s Sunday Night in which they opened up about their parents’ relationship and what it was like being raised by Vili and Letourneau.

“I think I understand it,” Audrey said. “It was surprising to people. It’s not really been brought to our attention, just because we grew up with it, so we’re adapted to it.”

The girls said that while Letourneau was the stricter parent while they were growing up — with Audrey adding that she “literally cut the padding out of my bra once” because of her rules on how to properly dress — Vili was more lenient.

“He definitely feels like a young dad now that I’m at that adult age to where I can go to a bar,” Audrey said. “He’s like a ‘friend dad.' ”

They struggled with their parents’ split

When Vili filed for separation from Letourneau in May 2017, his daughters struggled.

“They’re trying not to choose sides,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “They had two great parents who loved and supported them. So now they’re returning the love and support to both their dad and their mom.”

The source was close to Letourneau and said the girls were close to their dad but also had a solid relationship with their mother.

“They’re very good girls,” the source added. “They are wise beyond their years and they understand that relationships are a complex thing.”

Ultimately, while it was hard to see the family “fall apart,” the source noted that Audrey and Georgia were both “old enough” to understand what was happening and “know that they’re loved very much.”

Sophia was born in 2022

PEOPLE confirmed that Vili welcomed a third daughter, Sophia, two years after Letourneau’s death, in November 2022. Georgia announced the news on Instagram, which was seen by PEOPLE, with a photo of the newborn in the hospital.

"Hi Sophia, I'm your big sister! You're so beautiful, I can't wait to watch you grow. I'll be right here by your side no matter what ! I love you đź’•," she captioned the photo.

Vili has chosen to keep the identity of Sophia’s mother and any other details about the baby girl private.

Georgia welcomed her first child in January 2024

Georgia and her longtime boyfriend welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in January 2024.

The new mom confirmed her pregnancy to PEOPLE in September 2023. “I’m very excited to become a mother," she said. "I have an amazing mother to prepare me for these years to come.”

Georgia and her boyfriend, a delivery driver and aspiring boxer who prefers to remain private, had been dating for more than six years, and at one point, he even lived with her and Letourneau. While they had talked about marriage and plan on it, there was “no ring” yet, she said.

The couple's son is Vili's first grandchild. “I just know that he’s going to be the greatest grandfather ever," Georgia told PEOPLE ahead of giving birth.

In December 2024, Audrey announced that she and fiancé Ethan Tela Porter were expecting their first child together in a video on TikTok.

The video featured clips of ultrasounds from 7 to 13 weeks of pregnancy. She wrote on the video, "I'm so excited! I can’t wait to find out if you’re a boy or girl. You’re so loved already baby."

She confirmed that they welcomed their first baby together, son Elias Ulumailuma D. Porter, on May 30, 2025 — which also happens to be Audrey's birthday.

“Our little afakasi baby! Welcome to the world son!” Audrey captioned several photos seen by PEOPLE at the time. “I can’t believe we get to share a birthday!! That’s the coolest thing EVER! And you look so much like your daddy! Equally little mini versions of usđź’š.”

Audrey added that becoming a first-time mom “feels like the most natural thing I’ve ever experienced."

"I can’t wait to help you grow and teach you things and help guide you through this life," she continued.

As of May 2026, Audrey is pregnant again, per her TikTok.

Vera Wang made a friendly joke about Anna Wintour while attending the 2026 Figure Skating in Harlem Igniting the Dream Gala

The designer commented on Wintour's signature sunglasses look while posing for the cameras

Wintour and Wang have both spoken about why they are often seen wearing sunglasses

Vera Wang has jokes about her fashion comrades.

The fashion designer attended the 2026 Figure Skating in Harlem Igniting the Dream Gala on May 18, where she playfully dissed Anna Wintour for her signature look.

While posing at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, Wang, 76, stepped onto the carpet wearing her sunglasses before removing them so photographers could take her picture.

In videos captured on social media, including one posted by @mickmicknyc, Wang can be heard saying, "I do both, I'm not Anna Wintour."

She was likely referencing 76-year-old Wintour's affinity for wearing sunglasses wherever she goes, the shades as synonymous with her look as her bob hairstyle.

The former Vogue editor-in-chief spoke about her reason for wearing her outdoor frames for most occasions, telling CNN in 2019 they are “incredibly useful because you avoid people knowing what you're thinking about."

“They help me when I'm feeling a bit tired or sleepy,” she further told the outlet. “And maybe they've just become a crutch in part of who I am. But today I really did need them.”

Speaking with BBC in 2024, she further explained why her sunglasses are also a constant "prop" in her life. “They help me see and they help me not see,” Wintour said. “They help me be seen and not be seen.”

Although contrary to Wang's joke, Wintour has, in fact, made major appearances at the Met Gala without her eyewear, much like she did in 2022 when she showed out in a colorful look accessorized with a tiara instead of her sunnies.

As for Wang, who has created an eyewear line and described herself as a "collector" of frames, sunglasses are a form of fun self-expression.

"I think it's one of the most insane accessories,” she told 20/20 Magazine in March 2021. “It is so creative, so personal. For people to be able to transform themselves and enjoy their own creativity and experiment. I just think it's such a fun thing.” She added: “It's like a new hairdo, a new lipstick, a new eyeshadow. That is the cosmetic creativity of eyewear that I love so much. It changes the shape of your face.”

- Tom Hanks' younger brother Jim Hanks opened up about voicing *Toy Story*'s Sheriff Woody across various Disney projects.

- Jim shared he's "immensely grateful" for the opportunity to voice the iconic cowboy character.

- Tom has voiced Woody across the franchise's feature films, including *Toy Story 5*, which hits theaters June 19.

Catchphrases like "There's a snake in my boot" and "You're my favorite deputy" come from the one and only Sheriff Woody, the pull-string protagonist of the *Toy Story *franchise.

While Tom Hanks has been the voice of Woody across five films, his nearly identical brother Jim Hanks has also lent his voice talents for the memorable Disney character across a variety of *Toy Story *media — and interestingly has more credits than his brother in voicing the cowboy.

In an interview with the *Love it Film** *podcast, Jim explained how he has helped his older brother out over the years by voicing Woody for various supportive projects such as shorts, video games, and even merchandise.

"The first thing I ever did was one of the pull-string toys from the first movie where he's saying 'You're my favorite deputy' and 'There's a snake in my boot' and stuff like that," Jim said on the podcast. "They had processed the voice so much that they needed a cleaner [version] so I come in and do it."**

Jim says he has been "immensely grateful" for the opportunity to voice Woody, and makes sure he is "staying as true to the character as possible" when stepping in for his brother.

However, Jim noted there have been opportunities for him to give a little bit of his spin on Woody, such as when he voiced Woody for Disney California Adventure Park's Midway Mania ride. While recording lines with Pixar staff, Jim said he gave the suggestion that when Woody is speaking to little kids on the ride, he talks to them as if he's their "favorite teacher."

"That was really cool," Jim said of Pixar taking his advice, adding that they were "really collaborative" to work with for the ride.

As for how he taps into his brother to voice Woody, Jim joked, "I used to say that my Woody is my impression of Tom yelling at his kids. 'Get down from there!' is the same as 'Buzz!'"

Other *Toy Story *projects where Jim can be heard as Woody include Pixar's 2020 short *Lamp Life *plus Disney's video games like *Dreamlight Valley *and *Kingdom Hearts III*.

- Kripke tells ** that he finds the end of the show "emotionally satisfying."

Audiences have almost seen the last of new adventures from Amazon Prime Video's *The Boys*. The final season of the action series, about vigilantes taking down corrupt superheroes, drops its last episode Wednesday.

Showrunner Eric Kripke tells ** that he's ready.

"I'm excited for people to see it. I mean, it's been a long ride," Kripke tells **, "and I feel like a lot has been building to this moment and this episode and these sort of final confrontations. I hope people really find it emotionally satisfying. I mean, I do."

Kripke teases that viewers will be rewarded.

"I feel like the things that people have been waiting for finally come to pass one way or another," he says. "So I'm excited."

The last episode arrives after a big loss for the characters: the episode 7 death of Tomer Capone's Frenchie, who died sacrificing himself to protect Karen Fukuhara's Kimiko from Antony Starr's villainous Homelander.

"Everything's coming to a head," Kripke says. "The Boys, after suffering their most painful loss and not as far down as they've ever been knocked, have to pull together and rise to the occasion just when Homelander is getting ready to murder people by the millions. Anyone who doesn't love him in their hearts — genuinely, it's not enough to just pledge loyalty to him; you actually have to believe it. Anyone who doesn't is on the chopping block and that's millions of people."

The two stories are "converging on each other just as they're both reaching their highest temperature," Kripke adds.

The show, whose cast also includes Jack Quaid, Karl Urban, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, and Chace Crawford, has won four Emmys during its run, for stunts and music.

The final episode of* The Boys* drops May 20 on Prime Video.

PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp has begun presenting a more detailed plan for a revamped schedule to players, with a target date of the 2028 season, Sports Business Journal reported Tuesday.

Rolapp said in March that the tour was leaning toward a two-tiered system with "roughly 21 to 26 events on a first track of elevated events" including the majors and the FedEx Cup playoffs.

Per Sports Business Journal, Rolapp met with players two weeks ago at the Truist Championship and presented a plan with 16 regular-season events being given the signature or "Track 1" label, to go with four majors and three playoff events for a total of 23 elevated tournaments.

Another 20 tournaments would be designated as "Track 2." The fields for Track 1 regular-season events would be 120, up from the currently limited fields of 72-80 players for signature events, and Track 2 events would feature 140-man fields. Players on Track 2 would have opportunities to earn their way into Track 1 events.

Rolapp also remains focused on bringing the PGA Tour to new markets, and SBJ reported that "at least three new markets" would appear in the first track of tournaments.

Boston, Philadelphia, Denver, Nashville, San Francisco and Seattle have all received consideration, according to the report. Boston formerly hosted a playoff event before the playoffs were contracted from four to three weeks; the tour has frequently held tournaments in Northern California, including Pebble Beach and the Napa Valley.

Player meetings will continue to be held this week at the CJ CUP Byron Nelson in Texas, and a board meeting is scheduled for the Travelers Championship the week after the U.S. Open next month, SBJ reported.

Either way, the PGA Tour is expected to move away from smaller fields with no 36-hole cuts, two features of the current signature event series that was a response to the initial threat from LIV Golf.

Rolapp became the PGA Tour's CEO in June 2025, taking over from outgoing commissioner Jay Monahan.

Jaafar Jackson stars as Michael Jackson in the film, which focuses on the singer's rise to global fame

Miles Teller is hoping to revisit his character in Michael.

The 39-year-old actor shared a tidbit about the sequel to Michael, the biopic of Michael Jackson that has grossed more than $700 million worldwide since opening April 24 in theaters. Teller, who plays the singer's lawyer, John Branca, told IndieWirethat a sequel is in progress.

The actor is at the Cannes Film Festival to premiere Paper Tiger, co-starring Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson.

"They had to rework the third act of the last movie," Teller told the outlet. "As far as the sequel goes, I know they're working on it. I haven't had any direct discussions, other than the team is excited to complete that story."

Michael stars Jaafar Jackson, son of the late singer's brother, Jermaine Jackson, in the titular role. The film follows Jackson's early life and performances "that led him to become the biggest entertainer in the world," per the synopsis. Michael ends in 1988, before his numerous controversies, including child sex abuse allegations, came to light years later.

In the film, Teller plays Branca, who was the singer's lawyer and is currently the co-executor of his estate. Branca also served as a producer for Michael.

Since its debut in theaters nearly one month ago, Michael has become the second-highest-grossing music biopic of all time, PEOPLE previously reported. In its first three weeks, the film netted $577 million — including $240.4 million domestically and $336.88 million abroad, after gaining $95 million in its third weekend.

Michael now sits just behind Bohemian Rhapsody, the 2018 biopic of Freddie Mercury, which grossed $910.8 million overall.

Compared to films released around the same time, in its fourth week Michael also out-earned The Devil Wears Prada 2, the highly-anticipated sequel to the 2006 film. It's also only the second film this year to surpass the $700 million mark in global ticket sales, just behind The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

The White House shared a poster of Trump dressed as agent 007 after Amazon announced that the search to find Bond was officially underway.

"Grab him by the octopussy! We got a new James Bond in town," Kimmel joked.

Jimmy Kimmel is shaken, not stirred, by the White House recently posting an image of Donald Trump dressed as James Bond.

On Saturday, the White House's official X account reacted to Amazon’s announcement that the search to find the next 007 is underway by posting an image of the president dressed as Bond, James Bond. The black-and-white visual, which appears to draw inspiration from a poster for 2021’s No Time to Die, sees Trump dressed in a tuxedo and holding a pistol equipped with a silencer.

Kimmel, naturally, had some thoughts on the White House’s fan-casting on Monday’s episode ofJimmy Kimmel Live.

“The White House jumped on the crazy train and posted this, suggesting that Trump would be the next James Bond,” he remarked as the image was displayed on screen. “Grab him by the octopussy! We got a new James Bond in town.”

“I think 007 is his approval rating right now,” Kimmel quipped.

This isn’t the first time that the White House has edited Trump into popular film and television franchises.

Earlier this month, the White House posted an image of Trump dressed as the Mandalorian with little baby Grogu in honor of Star Wars Day. The image, just like the Star Wars imagery the White House has shared before it, drew swift backlash on social media. "This has caused a major disturbance in the force today. Yikes," one user wrote in response.

In addition to the Bond graphic, Kimmel also reacted to the president posting “a whole bunch of slop” on social media over the weekend, including an AI-generated image of himself walking alongside a really buff alien.

“He posted an image of himself walking with a handcuffed extraterrestrial. Why? We don’t know,” the host said. “All we know for sure is that the alien appears to be doing CrossFit. He’s in very good shape.”

Others, including Utah senator Mike Lee, were also confused by Trump’s captionless alien “photo.”

“Not sure what this means but I’m here for it,” Lee wrote on X.

“I’ll tell you what it means, Mike. It means the guy with the nuclear codes is out of his goddamn mind,” Kimmel replied. “That’s what it means. But I’m glad you’re there for it.”

Kimmel also addressed an image Trump posted that included a text box that claimed the 79-year-old looked like he was aging in reverse.

“Uh, you’re not aging in reverse,” he deadpanned. “Wearing diapers does not mean you’re aging in reverse, okay?”

“Imagine being a very unpopular president in the middle of a very unpopular war,” Kimmel later said. “The cost of everything is skyrocketing. Gas is very expensive. And you are spending your time posting online about how hot you are, how you captured an alien, and how you should be the next James Bond.”
