Another theme park guest has died during a trip to Walt Disney World.

On Sunday, a parkgoer, described as a woman in her 40s, was taken from Disney World to a nearby hospital where she died, a representative for the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida tells ** in a statement.

A cause of death was not immediately available, but authorities say that "there were no signs of foul play" in the incident.

A representative for Disney World did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment.

The incident marks the fourth death in as many weeks near the Florida resort.

Summer Equitz, a guest of Disney's Contemporary Resort hotel near the Magic Kingdom park died on Oct. 16. A representative for the Orange County Sheriff's Office emphasized that despite incorrect social media reporting suggesting otherwise, the guest "was NOT struck by the monorail, so that is erroneous information."

Less than a week later, a guest died at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in Florida. The decedent, who was a man in his 60s, was found unresponsive in his bed on Oct. 21. After his wife called 911, medical personnel used an automated external defibrillator and transported him to AdventHealth Celebration, where he was pronounced dead.

Another guest of the Contemporary Resort hotel, Matthew Cohn, died two days later on Oct. 23.

Prior to the recent deaths at Disney parks, a 32-year-old guest at Universal's Epic Universe in Orlando died on Sept. 17. The parkgoer, Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, died from "multiple blunt impact injuries" after becoming unresponsive while riding the Stardust Racers roller coaster. Zavala had a pre-existing spinal condition and was on medication upon riding the coaster.

Universal Orlando's president and COO Karen Irwin sent an emotional memo to resort staffers after the incident, writing that "few moments have been as difficult as this one" and reiterated that "safety is, and always will be, at the forefront of everything we do" at the parks.

A crew member has died while shooting a low-budget horror movie in Louisiana.

James "Trapper" McEvoy, a grip who has worked on numerous major Hollywood productions in the Pelican State, died on Monday at 64 following an incident on the set of the film *Kill Me Now*. A cause of death was not immediately available.

** has reached out to representatives for the Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office and Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office for more information.

Lynn Gilman Williams, the lead producer on the film, mourned McEvoy in a statement shared with EW. "We are devastated by the tragic loss of James 'Trapper' McEvoy, a beloved member of the New Orleans film community," she wrote. "Our hearts go out to his family, friends and all who knew him and worked alongside him during this difficult time."

The JPSO told *Variety* that McEvoy died after coming into contact with an energized power line. The outlet reported that he was pronounced dead on the scene around 1 p.m. in Bridge City, La.

McEvoy's union, the IATSE Local 478, shared a statement about the incident on Tuesday, but did not immediately name McEvoy as the decedent.

"We are heartbroken by the loss of a crew member killed in a tragic incident while working on a production here in Louisiana," the union began in a statement on Instagram. "Our film community is close-knit, and when one of us is lost, the pain is felt by all. Our hearts are with the family, friends, and fellow crew members grieving this unimaginable loss."

The union went on to explain that it is working with IATSE International and the Entertainment Community Fund in order to ensure that "support services are available for those affected" by the incident.

"We believe every worker deserves to come home safe, and we remain committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and well-being of all crew members," the union's statement continued. "In the days ahead, we ask our union family and the greater film community to take care of one another. Reach out. Check in. Be there. Grief looks different for everyone, but we can get through it by showing up for each other with respect, compassion, and solidarity."

Don't let the unsettling trailer fool you, the vibes between Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson were all good on the set of *Die My Love*.

During a recent appearance on the *Las Culturistas *podcast, the Oscar-winning actress revealed that she felt very comfortable working alongside Pattinson while shooting the psychodrama romance, especially when it came to filming intimate scenes.

"We did dance lessons together, which was like team building exercises," she told hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers. "In the end, it ended up being more helpful just for choreography of sex scenes and fighting scenes."

Asked if the production had an intimacy coordinator, Lawrence was unsure, but explained that she didn't feel the need to call upon one while working through the film's sex scenes with Pattinson.

"We did not have one or maybe we did, but we didn't really… I felt really safe with him," she shared. "He's not pervy and he's very in love with [partner] Suki [Waterhouse]. We mostly were talking about our kids and relationships so there wasn't any weird, like, 'Does he think I like him?'"

She added, "If there was a little bit of that I would probably have an intimacy coordinator. A lot of male actors get offended if you don't want to f--- them, and then the punishment starts. But he was not like that, for the record."

In a prior interview with *Brut Magazine*, on the heels of the film's Cannes Film Festival premiere, Lawrence and Pattinson confirmed that they did in fact have an intimacy coordinator on set for *Die My Love* — but felt comfortable enough to film the scenes without much guidance.

"On our first day of shooting, we were naked, attacking each other like tigers," Lawrence joked.

Pattinson added, "You think you can't get more embarrassed and then they're like, 'Now do it naked.'"

The *Twilight* alum then took care to acknowledge how having an intimacy coordinator on board made a big difference. "It's not just to feel secure sometimes, " he explained. "I think directors sometimes are a little bit scared to say, like, 'Your body looks weird in this angle.' And if you have someone else whose specific job is to say, 'Just move a little bit in this direction,' you're gonna like it more."

Intimacy coordinators have emerged as a crucial role in Hollywood and theater in the wake of the #MeToo movement. SAG-AFTRA, the labor union representing actors and others in the entertainment industry, describes the role as "an advocate, a liaison between actors and production, and a movement coach and/or choreographer in regards to nudity and simulated sex in intimate and other hyper exposed scenes."

Elsewhere in her *Las Culturistas *conversation, Lawrence shared that she also felt perfectly fine with appearing nude in the movie, which was filmed while she was pregnant with her second child.

"I don't care about nudity. I'm not sensitive about it," she told the hosts. "I think being pregnant took a lot of, like, vanity anxiety away. Before *No Hard Feelings*, I was dieting and not eating carbs and working out. I was pregnant [in *Die My Love*]. What was I gonna do? Not eat?"

Lawrence said that at one point, production sent over a shot from the movie with "a close-up of cellulite" and asked if she wanted them to touch it up in editing.

"I was like, 'No. That's an ass,'" she said.

*Die My Love* stars Lawrence and Pattinson as a couple whose marriage unravels amid mounting psychological distress. Billed as a dark comedy and psychological thriller, the film hits theaters on Nov. 7.

After three decades in the business, Rose Byrne was surely ready for her close-up...and she got it.

In her latest movie, Mary Bronstein's *If I Had Legs I'd Kick You*, the *Bridesmaids* and *Damages* alum plays Linda, a therapist and mother on the verge of a breakdown as she deals with a sudden disaster at home, a child with health issues, an absent husband, her inability to handle stress, her patients, and more.

Filmed with a nearly constantly moving camera, it's also often right up in her face, in extreme closeup, with nowhere for the actress to hide, an "absolutely scary" thought in hindsight.

"Mary really pushes the language between the audience and the camera. And I loved testing that and being part of that and figuring that out with her," the actress says on the latest episode of *The Awardist* podcast. "Knowing what Mary would need when the camera was, like, on my eyeball is different to what she would need when it was a super wide. And it was really challenging, obviously."

And the challenge is paying off; she won the prestigious Silver Bear for Best Leading Performance at the Berlin Film Festival and earned a Gotham Awards lead performance nomination.

Getting to the heart of that performance wasn't easy, though.

"Very little information is given about Linda. Mary does not hold anybody's hand. You are thrown into this fire," she explains. "I was just obsessed with who she was before. Who is this woman before she had a child, before she was married? Because everyone responds differently to a crisis. It's very revealing. And so I wanted to reverse engineer a little bit so I could figure that out. 'Cause it's not me; her behavior is so specific to her. So that was an interesting process that me and Mary Bronstein went on in a big way for me to unlock the character."

Byrne is operating at a high level of anxiety throughout nearly the entire movie — "I was always just running at a thousand percent," she says — but reliving it is something she put off as long as she could.

"I kept avoiding it," she says of watching the final cut of the movie prior to it debuting at Sundance earlier this year. "Mary would be like, 'You can come in and watch it.' And I'd be like, 'Cool.'...'Are you ready to come in?'...'Not yet.'...'How about now? Next week?' I was so avoiding it because it was so much."

But once she did, the wait was worth it. "I was rendered kind of speechless. It was a rollercoaster, is the best way to describe it," she recalls. "I didn't move. I was sort of just frozen in my seat and totally arrested by this language, this experience."

Ahead, Byrne reflects on roles in *Star Wars: Episode II — Attack of the Clones *and *Bridesmaids*, and below, listen to her full interview on *The Awardist* podcast below, where she also talks about working with A$AP Rocky (did she get to meet Rihanna?!) and Conan O'Brien, and she reveals whether Seth Rogen has asked her to be on *The Studio*.**

On her small role in Star Wars: Episode II — Attack of the Clones

"The scale of that storytelling, the reach that that has, the universe of that just continues to reach people, and to be like a small, little, tiny period at the end of that sentence — which is kind of what my character was — is so delightful, is part of something much bigger and much more meaningful to people. Walking onto the set was so fun. And there were so many Australians there. They were shooting in Sydney, people were just lining up to be background aliens with crazy costumes. It was wild, the scale of it.... And they were so lovely; Natalie [Portman] was so lovely, Hayden [Christensen], Ewan [McGregor].... And to put those fun costumes on with this big hood on was, like, I still remember how fun that was.... It just tickled me."

Star Wars: Attack of the Clones natalie portman, Rose Byrne

On that Bridesmaids engagement party toast

"Oh my gosh, that's so silly. That whole night. [*laughing*] It was a bit of both [scripted and improv]. You always start with the script, but then when you're on those sets, usually my experience is they're pitching a lot of ideas for you. Like, 'Try this, try that,' and then things come up in the scene, you know? Kristen [Wiig]'s a gifted, gifted [improviser], and she would just come up with ideas, and so I feel like it may have been a bit of an improv. I think [my character Helen] getting a second mic was in the script, but then the whole bit speaking in different languages and all this ridiculous stuff, [*laughing*] but I do remember everyone in the audience really laughing and thinking, oh, maybe this is funny."

Where is her Bridesmaids character, Helen, today?

"Oh my God. I think she's probably got three or four children. [*laughing*] And she's probably running a small events company. I would predict something like that. I would hope. And may or may not be separated and remarried. [*laughing*]"

Cap your water bottles, folks, because the Gremlins are making a comeback! Warner Bros. is taking the beloved monster franchise off the shelf for a third film, *Gremlins 3*, set for November 2027, ** has confirmed.

David Zaslav, the CEO and president of Warner Bros. Discovery, revealed the news during an investor call Thursday morning, unveiling the release date and the return of Steven Spielberg and Chris Columbus.

Columbus, who wrote the screenplay of the original 1984 film, will serve as the director for *Gremlins 3*, as well as produce under his 26th Street Pictures production company. Spielberg will return as executive producer.

*Final Destination Bloodlines* directors Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein will team up with Columbus to write the new film's screenplay from a prior draft written by Toby Halbrooks and Carl Ellsworth. Kristie Macosko Krieger and Holly Bario are producing for Amblin Entertainment alongside Michael Barnathan and Mark Radcliffe.

"Few titles are as beloved and iconic as *Gremlins*, and we're beyond excited to bring it back for both lifelong fans and a whole new generation," Jesse Ehrman, president of Warner Bros. Pictures' development and production said in a statement to EW. "It's a privilege to be working alongside Steven, Chris, and the entire creative team, and we look forward to audiences experiencing the next installment of the magic, mayhem, and heart of *Gremlins* on the big screen in 2027."

*Gremlins 3 *will be the first franchise installment in 37 years; the first movie was directed by Joe Dante and became a pop-culture phenomenon, grossing $165 million worldwide. Although less successful, 1990's *Gremlins 2: The New Batch*, grossed $41 million and became a cult favorite for movie fans.

The franchise spawned comic-book tie-ins, as well as an animated prequel series on HBO Max that wrapped its second season earlier this year.

Season 2, titled *Gremlins: The Wild Batch,* is set in the American West as the pair join Elle (Gabrielle Nevaeh). The trio make their first trip from Shanghai to San Francisco, coming face to face with colorful monsters and spirits of both good and evil from Chinese folklore.

Filmmaker Joe Dante, who directed both Gremlin movies, serves as consulting producer on the series.

While the series hasn't been renewed for a third installment yet, executive producer Brendan Hay previously told *The Hollywood Reporter *that they're hoping the fans can help make it happen.

"We are ready to go seasons three through 20 if needed," he added. "We have lots of more stories we would love to tell."**

SYDNEY (AP) — As confident as he is about defeating Aryna Sabalenka in the so-called Battle of the Sexes next month, Nick Kyrgios admits to feeling a bit of pressure.

Top-ranked Sabalenka and 2022 Wimbledon finalist Kyrgios earlier this week confirmed the date and venue — Dec. 28 in Dubai — for the "Battle of the Sexes" tennis exhibition.

"I was in Hong Kong recently and a lot of the male players were like, 'Look, you're representing all of us.' So here I am in the firing line again," Kyrgios told Australian on Friday. "I'm not a stranger to taking the heat from the media, but I'm excited whatever the result may be.

"I'm going to go out there and show the world that as good as she is, she's got some weaknesses."

The name of the Sabalenka-Kyrgios exhibition was borrowed from the 1973 match between Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs — which King won in straight sets in the Houston Astrodome.

Kyrgios, who has played only six tour-level matches in the last three years because of wrist and knee injuries, said he'd be hitting toward a smaller side of the court — almost 10% smaller than what Sabalenka will be aiming at — giving him less room to hit winners.

Both players are set to feature earlier in an exhibition in New York on Dec. 8 but not against each other: Sabalenka will play Naomi Osaka and Kyrgios will face Tommy Paul.

Kyrgios said he'd be giving Sabalenka full respect.

"Obviously you've got one potentially, I think, one of the greatest of all time women's players and she's not even almost close to scratching the surface of what she can achieve," he told AAP. "I think she wins multiple more Grand Slams.

"She's honestly been talking a little bit more about this match than I have, but I'm ready to take the challenge. I'm going to go out there and, in all honesty, it's a lot of pressure for me too."

Having said all that, and acknowledging Sabalenka would have most of the crowd on her side, Kyrgios did refer to a career CV which places him in a rare group of players to have beaten all of the so-called Big Four: Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Andy Murray. He was only the second player to win his first meeting with Nadal (2014 Wimbledon), Federer (2015 Madrid) and Djokovic (2017 Acapulco)

"Look, I'm very confident," he said. "I mean, look there's been 16 people that have ever walked the earth that have beaten the Big Three and the Big Four.

"So I feel like, look, I'm quite confident but at the same time I'm very aware she's dangerous."

Despite a ranking of No. 652 because of his long time on the sidelines, the 30-year-old Australian was confident he'd be fit enough to play well in a month.

"I'm going to be ready," he said. "I feel good about it."

Facing a shortage of air traffic controllers, data shows flight delays are on the rise as the government shutdown drags on. It's a trend that is expected to continue as federal officials plan to cut travel by 10% at 40 airports starting Friday.

Nearly a quarter of flights arrived late into 16 of America's busiest airports in the week after air traffic controllers missed their first paycheck on Oct. 28, according to a CBS News analysis of data from aviation company Cirium. That's compared with 18% of flights arriving late in September.

Fifteen of those airports are included on the list obtained by CBS News of airports that will be affected by the 10% cut in air traffic. Some major airports, including those in Las Vegas and Charlotte, were not included in the data.

Delays were more significant in some areas than others. Staffing shortages and weather conditions compounded delays in New York City last week. From Oct. 28 to Monday, fewer than 65% of flights arrived on time into the area's three airports. More than 81% of flights landed on time at the airports in September.

Seattle and Denver's airports, on the other hand, have had more flights arrive and depart on time over the same timeframe than in September.

In the first few weeks of the shutdown, the percentage of flights arriving or departing on time had not dropped significantly at most of these airports, the data shows. But many airports experienced their worst days last week. About 43% of cancellations from the shutdown's start on Oct. 1 to Monday happened in the last week of that timeframe.

More air traffic controllers have not been coming to work during the shutdown, with some opting to take on second jobs to make up for lost pay. On CBS News' "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" on Sunday, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said controllers are "confronted with a decision: do I put food on my kids' table, do I put gas in the car, do I pay my rent or do I go to work and not get paid?"

The FAA has issued at least 125 ground delays or stops due to staffing issues since the shutdown began on Oct. 1, compared with 26 in September, according to a CBS News analysis of Air Traffic Control System Command Center Advisories. That doesn't include staffing delays at control towers not based at airports, which also manage air traffic.

Before the decision to cut air travel by 10%, Duffy had warned delays and cancellations would get worse if the shutdown continued, and cautioned the FAA would consider closing some airspace.

"You will see mass flight delays, you'll see mass cancellations," he said. "And you may see us close certain parts of the airspace because we just cannot manage it, because we don't have the air traffic controllers."

Travelers can view the FAA's advisories to see airports are affected by delays or closures.
