More than a half-century into its historic run, Saturday Night Live is still crossing milestones that give its Millennial-and-older fans new gray hairs.

On the most recent episode of SNL, 30 Rockefeller Plaza played host to a sensation in Generation Z's independent music scene: Shane Michael Boose, better known by his stage name Sombr, and known by very few members of Kenan Thompson's own age-group. As the longest-tenured cast member in SNL history, Thompson has already had to come to terms with the fact that his younger cast mates have never known a SNL without him, but, this past weekend, the 20-year-old Sombr recorded a new first for Thompson's incumbency by becoming the first musical guest in SNL history to be born after Thompson made his debut in 2003.

Even at age 50, the old dog of SNL is still breaking out new tricks. And, thankfully for all the older SNL fans who now feel downright decrepit knowing that the new age of musical guests weren't even alive when Will Ferrell was on the show, Sombr's music is too soft, sensitive and slow for us to break a hip trying to dance to it:

This little Saturday Night Live tidbit to put an ache in your bones and a colonoscopy on your calendar comes courtesy of the superfan organization Saturday Night Network. Fans of SNL who were both alive on 9/11 and old enough to have seen Rudy Giuliani roast the show in the first episode following the tragedy commiserated about this new piece of trivia in the SNL subreddit, sharing their thoughts in a viral thread titled, "I feel so old!"

"I was a freshman in college when Kenan debuted. I now have nagging back pain I'm going to talk to my doctor about tomorrow," one SNL fan lamented, "Sunrise, sunset."

Added another user, "I saw someone post awhile back that if you're birth year starts with 19, you're officially old."

"I remember seeing Kenan on the first episode of All That in 1994," one more aged SNL fan chimed in, adding a fitting skull emoji at the end of the comment.

While Sombr's alarming birth year may be a reminder that many of us older SNL fans should start taking baby aspirin on the regular, it is undeniably impressive that SNL is still finding new milestones to cross after so many years on the air. Additionally, just like SNL itself, we, too, can continue to innovate and find new firsts in our lives, even if we're almost always conked out by the cold open and have to watch each new episode on Peacock early Sunday morning.

However, the day SNL finally adds a cast member who is younger than Thompson's tenure will be the day we stop pretending that we find all this Zoomer music remotely listenable.

Are Meghan Markle and Prince Harry eyeing a return Down Under?

On Nov. 12, Australian celebrity astrologer Angela Pearl shared a new photo with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from their recent visit to New York City — along with a letter from the couple hinting at plans to visit Australia.

A return to Oz would be significant for Prince Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44. It would mark their first visit since stepping back from royal duties in 2020 and relocating to California — a homecoming of sorts to a country that welcomed them with massive crowds on their first royal tour across the Commonwealth realm in 2018.

On Wednesday, Nov. 12, Pearl, who is also a motivational speaker and author, posted a previously unseen photo of herself with Harry and Meghan on Instagram, along with a letter from the couple on stationery bearing their joint royal monogram.

"Still in awe of this special evening. Thank you, Prince Harry and Meghan, for the warm invitation and inspiring conversation," she wrote in the caption.

The photo was taken the same day the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out for dinner in New York City during their World Mental Health Day–related visit. On Oct. 12, the couple was photographed in the same outfits as they left the members-only Soho House with friend Ed Sheeran.

Pearl also shared a second image — a photo of the couple's letter, partially redacted.

The letter, marked "Personal Correspondence" and dated Oct. 24, 2025, began simply: "Dear Angela."

"We wanted to thank you for joining us…(redacted). Your energy and insight were such a welcome addition," the message read.

While a portion of the note was blacked out, the next visible line hinted at the couple's future travel plans.

"On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch especially as we look to visit Australia again," it said.

The letter closed with "Best wishes," followed by the signatures of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

In October 2018, the newly married Duke and Duchess of Sussex embarked on a 16-day tour of Australia and New Zealand — their first major royal tour as a couple. The long-haul trip quickly became sentimental, too: during the visit, the palace announced that Meghan was expecting their first child, son Prince Archie, now 6. (The couple later welcomed daughter Princess Lilibet, now 4, in 2021.)

In 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back from their royal roles and moved to the U.S. and in 2024, made a return to travel reminiscent of royal tours with trips to Nigeria and Colombia, where they explored the best of local culture and carried out work with their charitable Archewell Foundation.

A possible return to Australia would be notable. King Charles and Queen Camilla toured the country in 2024, and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said in September that he hopes Prince William and Kate Middleton will visit soon as well.

The possibility of an Australia trip would make a statement, as King Charles and Queen Camilla toured Oz in 2024 and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese voiced a hope in September that Prince William and Kate Middleton will visit soon, as well.

John Lennon was married to his first wife, Cynthia Lennon, from 1962 to 1968, and she was by his side for much of his success with The Beatles.

The musician, one-fourth of the legendary band, met her at an arts college in Liverpool, U.K., when they were teenagers. They got married after she found out that she was pregnant with their son, Julian, months before The Beatles became one of the biggest acts in the country.

She wrote of the early days of their relationship in her 2005 memoir John, "My feelings for John were very different from those I'd had for any other boy: more powerful, more exciting and totally unshakeable. And I sensed in John the same strong feelings."

However, by 1968, the two divorced, and Cynthia was granted custody of Julian. She later remarried three times and moved to Majorca, Spain, where she lived until her death at the age of 75 in 2015.

"I didn't marry a Beatle," she told The Independent in 1999. "I married a broke student who played the guitar and ponced all my grant money off me."

So who was John Lennon's first wife? Here's everything to know about Cynthia Lennon and her relationship with the singer.

Cynthia was born in Blackpool

Cynthia Lennon (1939 - 2015) begins divorce proceedings from musician John Lennon of the Beatles at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, 8th November 1968.

Cynthia was born to Charles and Lillian Powell on Sept. 10, 1939, and had two older brothers, Charles and Anthony. The family originally lived in Liverpool, but she was born in Blackpool, about 50 miles away, after Lillian was sent there while pregnant due to the risk of air raids in World War II.

Cynthia grew up in Hoylake, across the river from Liverpool, after her family moved there shortly after her birth.

As a child, she was interested in art and entered a competition in the Liverpool Echo newspaper at the age of 11. "I drew a ballerina, sent it in and won a pound," she told abcMallorca in 2014.

In September 1957, Cynthia enrolled in the Liverpool College of Art and met John when they were in the same lettering class. Upon their first meeting, he tapped her on the back and said, "Hi, I'm John," and proceeded to borrow pens and pencils from her.

She said of her time at college, via BBC, "I had to learn a Liverpool accent when I was thrown in the deep end at art college, and all the Liverpudlians said I was posh."

Before John and Cynthia became friends, he would tease her, but that didn't deter her. One time, she overheard him complimenting a girl who looked like Brigitte Bardot. So the next week, she showed up to class with lighter hair, in the star's style, to get his attention.

Eventually, John asked her out on a date at a college party. She agreed to go out with him, and a few months later, they were officially together.

In the summer of 1962, Cynthia found out that she was pregnant with John's child. On Aug. 23, 1962, they got married at a register office in Liverpool, with The Beatles' manager Brian Epstein as best man and John's bandmates Paul McCartney and George Harrison present.

Several weeks later, they traveled to Paris for a belated honeymoon, with Epstein joining them.

Epstein had the couple keep their wedding private to avoid upsetting fans of The Beatles, and when news of the wedding did leak, the band had to deny it.

Cynthia gave birth to their son, John Charles Julian Lennon, on April 8, 1963, in Liverpool. John was on tour at the time and didn't see them for another three days.

As an adult in 2011, Julian, who later officially changed his name to Julian Charles John, told The Times that he had a closer relationship with his mom, and was more like her as an adult.

"Mum was more about love than Dad," he said. "He sang about it, he spoke about, but he never really gave it, at least not to me as his son."

Still, though Julian was estranged from his father for some time, he has commemorated him at various events alongside his mother.

Cynthia also met John's second son, Sean, whom he shared with his second wife, Yoko Ono. In 2010, when Julian opened his exhibition of photographs in New York City, Cynthia, Ono, Sean and May Pang, one of John's ex-girlfriends, were all there, marking the first time all five had been in the same room together.

Cynthia and John divorced in 1968

In 1968, during a flight from India back to the U.K., John told Cynthia that he'd been unfaithful during their marriage. Later, during a trip to Italy, she was told that he wanted to sue for divorce on grounds of adultery and seek sole custody of Julian.

When she found out that Ono was pregnant with John's child, though Ono later miscarried, she began her own divorce proceedings against him, and they finalized their divorce in November 1968.

Cynthia had a passion for art from an early age, pursuing it in college before she met John.

"I've never ever had a goal in life, apart from wanting to do art and get my qualifications," she told abcMallorca in 2014. "I thought I'd take a teacher's diploma and teach."

After leaving art college, Cynthia's career was overshadowed by John's, and she spent more of her time caring for their son. Per Hunter Davies' official Beatles biography in 1968, Cynthia said that she felt "frustrated" with her lack of work.

"I do a bit of painting and dressmaking, but I often think I'd like a job," she said.

A decade after her divorce, in 1978, she wrote the book A Twist of Lennon, which contained her own illustrations and poetry. In 1999, she shared a collection of ink sketches she drew for A Twist of Lennon, and they were put on display at The Beatles Story museum in Liverpool.

In 2005, she published another biography, John. Julian wrote in the foreword, "If there is to be a balanced picture of Dad's life, then Mum's side of the story is long overdue."

"I have done a lot of Beatles conventions that a lot of people never knew about," Cynthia told the BBC in 2009. "I didn't have any money, so I used to go off and do these conventions and support the Beatles. I would get a pittance of payment ... I've dipped in and out of the limelight, but mainly to earn a living."

In 1970, Cynthia married hotelier Roberto Bassanini, whom John had previously accused her of cheating on him with, and they divorced in 1973. In 1976, she married television engineer John Twist, but they separated in 1981 and divorced the following year.

The same year that she separated from Twist, she began dating chauffeur Jim Christie, who later became her business manager.

They broke up in 1998, and she married nightclub owner Noel Charles, with whom she lived until his death in 2013.

Cynthia was friends with John's bandmates and their wives, particularly Pattie Boyd, Harrison's wife, and Maureen Starkey, Ringo Starr's wife.

Harrison and Starr didn't often see Cynthia after she divorced John — though she did pay tribute to the former after his death in 2001 — but she remained friendly with McCartney. He visited her and Julian shortly after her divorce was finalized, and he said years later, per Rolling Stone, "We'd been very good friends for millions of years and I thought it was a bit much for them suddenly to be personae non gratae and out of my life."

Cynthia sold letters that John wrote her via auction, and McCartney bought one and returned it to her several years later.

On April 1, 2015, Cynthia died of cancer at 75 years old at her home in Majorca, Spain, with Julian by her side.

Both surviving members of The Beatles, McCartney and Starr, paid tribute, as did Ono and The Beatles' official biographer Davies.

"The news of Cynthia's passing is very sad. She was a lovely lady who I've known since our early days together in Liverpool," McCartney said, per the BBC. "She was a good mother to Julian and will be missed by us all, but I will always have great memories of our times together."

It's toys vs. tech in the first teaser trailer for *Toy Story 5*.

In the short clip, Bonnie (who first became the owner of the toy crew in *Toy Story 3 *when Andy went to college) gets a package, and all of the toys are unnerved by its contents. Slinky Dog is shaking as Rex's teeth chatter. Forky covers his eyes, and Knifey looks on in horror. Mr. Potato Head takes one for the team and removes his wife's eyes, while Jessie, Bullseye, and the aliens all similarly look shaken.

When Bonnie excitedly opens her box, it's revealed to be a green, frog-shaped tablet that introduces itself as Lilypad. A subtitle asks, "The age of toys is over?" The last thing we see is Buzz and Woody holding each other in fear.

At the end of the last film in the long-running animated franchise, Woody decided to leave his toy friends and stay with Bo Peep, but as the teaser shows, he's been reunited with his pals once more. Pixar's chief creative officer, Pete Docter, previously explained Woody's return during an appearance at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June. "Woody is called back to help," Docter teased. "But it's been a while since they've all seen each other, and he and Buzz don't always see eye to eye."**

Per a release, Lilypad is described as "a high-tech, frog-shaped smart tablet voiced by Greta Lee that makes Buzz, Woody, Jessie, and the rest of the gang's jobs exponentially harder when they go head to head with the all-new threat to playtime."

- Eddie Murphy gave a sharp speech at the 1988 Oscars about the Academy overlooking Black performers.

- The comedian tells EW fellow comic Robin Williams tried to talk him out of it, worrying it wouldn't come off as funny.

- In Netflix's *Being Eddie *documentary, Murphy laments that the speech did not get more attention at the time.

Before handing out the top prize of the night at the 1988 Oscars, Eddie Murphy took Hollywood to task for overlooking Black stars. It was a speech that another comedy giant tried to talk the *Coming to America *star out of just before he took the podium.

"I remember being with Robin Williams backstage. I was like, 'I'm gonna say this.' And he goes to me, like, 'But why go there?'" Murphy recalls, while speaking to * *about his new Netflix documentary *Being Eddie *(out Wednesday).

It wasn't the speech's hot-button content that made Williams hesitate as much as Murphy's tone in delivering it.

"I was like, 'Oh, you don't think it's funny?' It was more, is it funny? Rather than it's controversial," Murphy explains. "I was trying to be funny and say a little something, but be funny too. Have a little edge to what I said."

Ultimately, Murphy did make his speech before handing out the Best Picture prize to Bernardo Bertolucci's *The Last Emperor. *

Telling the audience that when his management first extended the Academy's invite to present, he declined. "I'm not going because they haven't recognized Black people in motion pictures," he said in his speech, pointing out that only three performers had won in the Oscars' 60-year history: Hattie McDaniel, Sidney Poitier, and Louis Gossett Jr.

"And I'll probably never win an Oscar for saying this, but hey, what the hey, I gotta say it," his speech continued. "Actually, I might not be in any trouble 'cause the way it's been going is about every 20 years we get one, so we ain't due to about 2004. So by that time, this will all be blown over."

His onstage remarks continued as a retelling of his conversation with his manager. "So I came down here to give the award. I said, 'But I just feel that we have to be recognized as a people. I just want you to know I'm gonna give this award, but Black people will not ride the caboose of society, and we will not bring up the rear anymore. And I want you to recognize us.'"**

"I wasn't thinking of the ramifications of it," Murphy tells EW. "I was just trying to be funny in the moment and I wanted what I was saying to be relevant."

In *Being Eddie, *the comic bemoans that his speech did not get the media attention he expected, recalling no headlines about his message the next day.

Fantasy football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: 24 players to start or sit in Week 11

Fantasy football is all a matter of trust.

Fantasy managers have been through the ringer in 2025 when it comes to injuries and inconsistencies: Joe Mixon has been a curious absence all season, while Bucky Irving's availability has complicated matters for many. Irving, along with a host of other Tampa Bay Buccaneers skill position players, has been a sore point – no pun intended – when it comes to durability this season.

While some players near a return and the injury status of others throw wrenches into your best-laid lineups, the single, most prominent question you have to ask yourself is: Who do you trust?

That's where USA TODAY Sports comes in, with a comprehensive list of start/sit candidates as Week 11's Sunday schedule approaches.

Should you trust Tua Tagovailoa against the Washington Commanders in Madrid on Sunday? What about Bo Nix vs. the Kansas City Chiefs? Mark Andrews seems like a no-brainer start – but is he, really?

Whether you're completely out of it, aiming for a championship or looking to make a late-season playoff push, USA TODAY Sports has you covered with fantasy advice below.

1 / 6The top fantasy football scorers at each position in Week 10 in PPR formats

QB Davis Mills, Houston Texans: 27.68 fantasy points

Fantasy football start 'em: Week 11 QBsTua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins (vs. Washington Commanders)

The Commanders have struggled immensely to contain the pass in recent weeks, allowing at least 250 passing yards and three passing touchdowns in each of their last four games. Their ability to do so doesn't figure to improve after they lost starting cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore (torn ACL) and Trey Amos (broken fibula) to long-term injuries.

Tagovailoa has accounted for multiple touchdowns in six of his last nine starts. That gives him one of the highest floors among fantasy quarterbacks this year while he also has boom potential in this favorable matchup.

Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers (vs. Cincinnati Bengals)

Last time Rodgers faced the Bengals, he recorded 249 yards and four touchdowns. Will he post those numbers again? Maybe not, but the Bengals have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game (FPPG) to quarterbacks this season.

Further aiding Rodgers is that the Bengals are expected to be without Trey Hendrickson (hip) in this game. That will prevent Cincinnati from generating consistent pressure against Rodgers, who has shown throughout the 2025 NFL season he can still be a quality fantasy quarterback when he has time to throw.

Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers (at New York Giants)

Starting Love, who hasn't recorded a touchdown since Week 8, comes with some risk. However, he's playing against a Giants team that has surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.

Granted, the Giants' ranking stems largely from their struggles against mobile quarterbacks. They have allowed a league-high 279 rushing yards to quarterbacks and four rushing touchdowns, tied for the second most in the league.

Love isn't a big-time runner, but he tied a season-high with 28 rushing yards against the Eagles last week. If he can post similar numbers and have some positive touchdown regression, he could emerge as a top-10 fantasy quarterback in Week 11.

Fantasy football sit 'em: Week 11 QBsBo Nix, Denver Broncos (vs. Kansas City Chiefs)

The Chiefs figure to be a tough matchup for Nix and the Broncos. Andy Reid's squad is coming off a bye and is one of just six NFL teams to allow fewer than 10 passing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks this season. They should have a plan to limit Nix, who struggled against the Raiders in Week 10, so the second-year signal-caller's ceiling is much lower than usual.

The one silver lining: Nix could do some damage against a Kansas City defense that has allowed a league-high five rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season. Still, it's hard to trust Nix given the floor he showed against the Raiders.

Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks (vs. Los Angeles Rams)

No, we're not fading Darnold just because he attempted only 12 passes in a blowout win over the Cardinals. It's all about his matchup with the Rams, which doesn't look promising.

The Rams have surrendered the eighth-fewest FPPG to quarterbacks this season. More importantly, the team is tied for eighth in the NFL in pressures, per the NFL's Next Gen Stats. Darnold's passer rating drops from 128.6 when kept clean to 83.8 when under pressure, per Pro Football Focus, so this could end up being a tougher matchup for him.

Geno Smith, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. Dallas Cowboys)

Look, starting the quarterback playing against the Cowboys has typically been a recipe for success this season. But can you really trust Smith, who has posted one touchdown or less in four of his last five games, to be a viable fantasy starter?

Maybe if you're bold, but it's probably best to steer clear of the turnover-prone quarterback. The Cowboys are getting several reinforcements on defense, including trade acquisitions Quinnen Williams and Logan Wilson, so they might not be quite as porous as they've been thus far this season.

Fantasy football start 'em: Week 11 RBsJaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers (vs. Cincinnati Bengals)

Warren and the Steelers' offense struggled on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 10, unable to get the running game going against the Los Angeles Chargers' front. Warren managed 91 total yards on 16 touches and failed to find the end zone after a two-score effort in Week 9.

There are few better sights for offenses on the schedule than a matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Pittsburgh played the Bengals four weeks ago and Warren had his best fantasy performance of the year with 158 total yards on 21 touches.

Expect more of the same this week even though the Bengals are coming off their bye week. An extra week off isn't enough time for Cincinnati's defense to turn things around. According to FantasyPros data, they're allowing the most fantasy points to opposing running backs per week and it's not close. The gap from them in last to the Giants in 31st is bigger than the gap from the Giants to the Chargers in 14th.

Kimani Vidal, Los Angeles Chargers (at Jacksonville Jaguars)

Vidal bounced back from a disappointing effort against the Titans in Week 9 on the road to have a standout day in Week 10 against Pittsburgh. Despite a barrage of offensive line injuries, Vidal tallied 108 total yards on 26 touches and found the end zone for the second time in three weeks.

He could have another strong day on the road against Jacksonville. The Houston Texans - with arguably the worst offensive line in the NFL - ran over the Jaguars in the fourth quarter to get a comeback win.

Houston running backs averaged 5.79 yards per carry and 7.67 yards per reception against the Jaguars. We're confident the Chargers' staff can exploit the Jaguars' run defense in a similar way to Vidal's benefit.

David Montgomery, Detroit Lions (at Philadelphia Eagles)

Detroit had one of its best games on offense in Dan Campbell's tenure in Week 10 against Washington. The Lions put up 546 total yards of offense, including a season-high 226 on the ground, with Campbell calling plays from the sideline. Montgomery accounted for 71 of those yards on 15 carries out of the backfield.

Detroit faces Philadelphia on "Sunday Night Football" on the road this week in what could be a playoff preview. If Week 10 was any sign of what Campbell's preferences are on offense, it's that he wants to run over opponents.

Philadelphia will be a tougher opponent to do that against than Washington but not impossible. The Eagles have kept opposing running back groups relatively in check yardage-wise with 123.22 total yards allowed per game but they've given up at least one touchdown to running backs in nine of their 10 games. Montgomery should have a solid outing with a good chance of finding the endzone.

Woody Marks, Houston Texans (at Tennessee Titans)

Marks had one of his better days on the ground in Week 10 against the Jaguars with 81 total yards on 16 touches and a rushing touchdown - his first since Week 4. Coincidentally, that was in his first matchup against the Titans.

He should have another solid week ahead of him against Tennessee. Houston's defense is one of the toughest in the league, especially its pass defense. The offense should have plenty of opportunities to take drives as long as they want.

Tennessee is back from its bye this week, but it struggled to stop the run before the break. Opposing running backs are averaging 135.33 total yards per game but they've allowed 14 total touchdowns through nine games. Marks had a great game against this defense before they traded away some pieces. He should have another strong week, even with C.J. Stroud's status in question.

Fantasy football sit 'em: Week 11 RBsRJ Harvey, Denver Broncos (vs. Kansas City Chiefs)

The Denver offense struggled through a defensive battle on "Thursday Night Football" in Week 10. Harvey had just 18 total yards on six touches (two receptions, four carries) as J.K. Dobbins continued as the lead back for the Broncos but that may change due to a foot injury.

Dobbins may be placed on injured reserve (IR) this week which would take him out of the lineup for a month. In any case, he doesn't seem likely to play this week against Kansas City.

That would be good news for Harvey but the rookie's facing a tough opponent in what could be his second NFL start. Denver hasn't faced Kansas City yet this season and the Chiefs just got run over by the Bills' offense in Week 9 ahead of their bye. But prior to that, Kansas City hadn't allowed a touchdown to a running back in a month. They're still allowing just 111.34 total yards to the position per game this year. This could be a tough one for Harvey.

Zach Charbonnet or Kenneth Walker III, Seattle Seahawks (at Los Angeles Rams)

This week's NFC West showdown between the Seahawks and Rams features two of the best defenses in football. It'll be one of the games of the season for a pair of NFC contenders. Running backs on both teams may struggle against these units but the Seahawks' duo may have a rougher time than their Rams counterparts.

Charbonnet and Walker had a similar split of carries for similar yards with the former earning the long rushing touchdown of the day for Seattle. That came against Arizona; Los Angeles is a much different unit.

The Rams are the toughest defense for opposing running backs in fantasy football this year, per FantasyPros data. Los Angeles has allowed two touchdowns to the position in nine games this season. That's not enough to make up for the 104.55 scrimmage yards allowed per game to opposing running backs. If these guys are must-starts in your lineup, don't expect a strong day from either of them as the Rams' front goes to work against the Seahawks' line.

Tyrone Tracy Jr., New York Giants (vs. Green Bay Packers)

Tracy had a low-key day for the Giants against Chicago in Week 10 with 71 total yards on 15 touches. New York subsequently fired Brian Daboll following the loss and Mike Kafka is now in as interim head coach.

As we saw earlier this year with Tennessee after they fired Brian Callahan, a new head coach doesn't necessarily mean a big jump on offense. Tracy's benefitting from a bigger role but will be going against one of the tougher defenses in the league this week.

Since their Week 5 bye, Green Bay has allowed two touchdowns to opposing running back groups. Both came in a surprising loss to the Panthers in Week 9 against a much better rushing offense than what the Giants are at this point in the season. Tracy has a tough stretch of defenses coming up ahead of New York's bye and this is one of them.

Fantasy football start 'em: Week 11 WRsJaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins (vs. Washington Commanders)

The Commanders could not stop anything the Detroit Lions' offense threw at them last week, and that has become something of a theme this season – but particularly in the last few weeks. Washington ranks third in average fantasy points allowed to wideouts for the whole season, but they're second in that metric over the last four weeks and first in fantasy points allowed to receivers in the last two weeks.

Waddle is entering a Week 11 meeting with this Washington squad red-hot. The Dolphins' No. 1 receiver has tallied at least five catches and 80+ yards in three straight games, and he's scored a touchdown in two out of his three outings. Look for Miami and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to continue feeding their top receiver at home against the Commanders this week.

Jerry Jeudy, Cleveland Browns (vs. Baltimore Ravens)

Jeudy is a risky start in any week given his struggles and those of rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel so far this season. But he's coming off of his best game of the year so far – six catches for 78 yards and a touchdown – against the Jets and has another promising matchup in Week 11.

Baltimore's defense ranks among the top units in receptions allowed to opposing wide receivers. Over the last two weeks, their 27 receptions and 382 yards allowed to wideouts rank fifth and fourth, respectively, of all units. Through 10 weeks, the Ravens rank fourth in the league in average fantasy points allowed to receivers this year (38.10).

Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals (vs. San Francisco 49ers)

Wilson is a bit of a curveball pick to be a starter in Week 11, but things are lining up in his favor. The Cardinals' WR2 ranks third on the team in targets behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and tight end Trey McBride. He hasn't surpassed 50 yards in a game more than once this season.

But the 49ers have recently been among the league's defenses most susceptible to giving up fantasy points to receivers. San Francisco has consistently ranked among the top teams in receptions allowed this year – fourth this year, second in the last four weeks, and fourth in the last two weeks.

Wilson is potentially going to step into the Cardinals' top receiver role with Marvin Harrison Jr. recovering from an appendicitis procedure. Zay Jones, who would have been another receiver competing for targets, is out for the season with a torn ACL. All four of Wilson's best games statistically have come with quarterback Jacoby Brissett starting, and Week 11 is his best opportunity yet.

FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS: 30 risers and sleepers in Week 11

Fantasy football sit 'em: Week 11 WRsJakobi Meyers, Jacksonville Jaguars (vs. Los Angeles Chargers)

Meyers had a solid debut with the Jaguars in Week 10 – catching three passes for 41 yards against the Texans – but the odds are not in his favor in Week 11.

For one thing, second-year wideout Brian Thomas Jr. is returning from his ankle injury. For another, Parker Washington (7) more than doubled Meyers' three targets in Week 10 to lead the team in the category for a second straight week.

For a third thing, the Chargers are one of the best teams at preventing fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. They rank second in average fantasy points allowed this year, fifth in that stat over the last four weeks and third over the last two weeks.

Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs (@ Denver Broncos)

Worthy's fantasy value has fallen off a cliff since Rashee Rice returned from his six-week suspension. Rice has surpassed the second-year wideout in receptions and yards in each of his three games back, while Worthy has had more than 50 yards in just one game in that span.

The Broncos have one of the best passing defenses in the NFL this year, and that's been backed up in their fantasy metrics as well. Denver has allowed the fewest average fantasy points to wideouts this year – just 25.29 per game – and that mark drops to 22.25 points allowed per game in the last two weeks.

Coming out of the Chiefs' Week 10 bye, Worthy is safe to stay on fantasy managers' benches in Week 11.

FANTASY FOOTBALL WAIVER WIRE: 16 players to add for NFL Week 11

Fantasy football start 'em: Week 11 TEsZach Ertz, Commanders vs. Dolphins (Madrid game)

Jayden Daniels will miss time with the arm injury that he suffered at the end of Week 9. As a result, Marcus Mariota will start at quarterback again for the Commanders. Ertz has averaged 6.05 fantasy points per game with Mariota this season and 10.2 with Daniels.

Ertz hasn't finished with double-digit fantasy points in six of his last eight games, but he did snatch up four of five targets last week against Detroit's defense, which is top 10 in yards and receptions allowed to the position. Ertz finished with his second-highest yardage total (54) of the season.

Terry McLaurin (quad) has already been ruled out for the matchup with Miami, setting up the veteran to be a top target once again. Miami has allowed the third-most yards, second-most touchdowns, and third-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.

Kyle Pitts, Falcons vs. Panthers

Pitts is coming off another disappointing showing, but it's not entirely his fault. He did drop a potential 30-yard completion, which could have ended in a touchdown, but he was also underthrown on a potential 25-yard touchdown. He left plenty of meat on the bone in Week 10 but he has another glorious matchup in Week 11 when the Falcons return stateside to host the Panthers.

Carolina has allowed the fourth-most yards and the seventh-most fantasy points per game to tight ends. Juwan Johnson just torched them to a TE3 finish last Sunday. Pitts, the former No. 4 overall pick, is finally getting consistent targets. Atlanta is in a must-win situation after dropping four straight. Expect the offense to bounce back and Pitts to be a big reason why.

Fantasy football sit 'em: Week 11 TEsDavid Njoku, Browns vs. Ravens

The Browns veteran tight end has scored touchdowns in three straight healthy games, but he's coming off an outing against the Jets in which he received just two targets from rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel. Rookie Harold Fannin Jr. has received 15 targets over the last two games as Njoku has taken a backseat to the neophyte.

The Ravens defense is on fire entering this matchup with the Browns, having allowed just 13.5 points per game during their three-game winning streak. Despite Baltimore's early-season struggles, it ranks in the top half of the league in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends.

Cade Otton, Buccaneers at Bills

Otton was a smash start last week at home against the Patriots' pass-funnel defense; however, this week, he is a must-sit on the road against Buffalo. Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving remain sidelined, but the Bills' defense has been terrific against tight ends this season.

Buffalo has allowed a league-low 6.16 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. Over the last four games, the Bills have allowed just 12 receptions and 129 receiving yards to the position. Leave Otton on the bench this week.

Mark Andrews, Ravens at Browns

Baltimore hits the road again and will play the Browns. Andrews had been frustrating for fantasy managers, managing just one top-12 finish through the first eight weeks, but he's bounced back over the last two games, which coincided with the return of two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson.

The entire offense has benefited from Jackson's return to the lineup, but the matchup for Andrews against Cleveland's defense is brutal. The Browns have allowed the fifth-fewest receptions to opposing tight ends, and Andrews is touchdown dependent, having failed to top five targets over his last three games. He has topped 35 receiving yards just once all season.

Virginia football, one of the top contenders for the ACC championship and subsequently a College Football Playoff berth, could be without a key contributor vs. Duke.

The No. 19 Cavaliers (No. 19 CFP) are hoping for quarterback Chandler Morris to be available on Saturday, Nov. 14, against Duke, another team with one loss in ACC play.

REQUIRED READING: Chandler Morris injury update: Virginia QB exits game after big hit

Virginia is coming off its first ACC loss of the season against Wake Forest, in a game where Morris exited in the first half due to injury.

The first-year transfer from North Texas is a sixth-year senior with 2,088 passing yards and 12 touchdowns to five interceptions this season. He has also rushed for 214 yards with four scores.

Here's everything to know about Morris, from his playing status to his college football path.

Who is Chandler Morris?

Morris has been around the block and is aiming to reach the College Football Playoff in his sixth and final season.

Morris, the son of former Arkansas head coach Chad Morris, started his career at Oklahoma. He then transferred to TCU and then North Texas before landing with Virginia.

Morris started TCU's first game under first-year coach Sonny Dykes in 2022 but exited in the third quarter of the Horned Frogs' game against Max Duggan due to injury. Duggan, of course, went on to lead TCU to the national championship.

Morris was then set to start again for TCU in 2023, but an injury midway through the season opened the door for Josh Hoover, who's still the starter with the Horned Frogs. Hoover also didn't give the job back to Morris.

"Football just wasn't loving me back," Morris told ESPN on Nov. 3. "It's kind of hard to love something if it's not loving you back."

Morris stayed healthy in 2024 working with QB guru Eric Morris, the head coach at North Texas. He passed for 3,774 yards with 31 touchdowns to 12 interceptions before transferring to Virginia for his last season.

It took years for things to go Morris' way, dating back to his time as a freshman during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was initially committed to Arkansas but flipped his commitment to Oklahoma after his dad was fired by the Razorbacks. Morris played sparingly behind Spencer Rattler in 2020 before transferring.

In his first career start, Morris threw for 461 yards, rushed for 70 yards and scored three touchdowns in TCU's 30-28 upset over No. 12 Baylor in 2021. It was supposed to be his breakout, but life kept throwing curveballs.

The Highland Park, Texas, native is long removed from being a 3-star recruit signing with Oklahoma, and he's looking to make the most of his final year at Virginia, one that's off to a glowing start.

Chandler Morris injury update

Morris was listed as questionable on the ACC availability report on both Nov. 12 and 13 ahead of Virginia's game against Duke.

However, it appears he's trending to play, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel. Thamel reported Nov. 14 that Morris is progressing toward playing against the Blue Devils, which is certainly a boost for the Cavaliers in a pivotal point in the season.

Morris took a big hit to the head against Wake Forest in the second quarter on Nov. 8. He exited the game for the locker room and didn't return, and has been progressing through concussion protocol this week, according to Thamel.

Morris was replaced by Daniel Kaelin, a Nebraska transfer, against the Demon Deacons. Kaelin finished the game 18 of 28 passing for 145 yards along with six carries for 49 yards in the 16-9 loss.

Chandler Morris stats

Here are Morris' year-by-year stats in college:

2020 (Oklahoma): 3 of 5 passing for 39 yards; five carries for 44 yards with two touchdowns

2021 (TCU): 50 of 76 passing for 695 yards with three touchdowns; 25 carries for 83 yards with a touchdown

2022 (TCU): 18 of 27 passing for 145 yards with a touchdown; six rushes for 24 yards

2023 (TCU): 133 of 203 passing for 1,532 yards with 12 touchdowns to five interceptions; 45 carries for 249 yards with three touchdowns

2024 (North Texas): 322 of 510 passing for 3,774 yards with 31 touchdowns to 12 interceptions; 60 carries for 242 yards with four touchdowns

2025 (Virginia): 192 of 288 passing for 2,088 yards with 12 touchdowns to five interceptions; 49 carries for 214 yards with four touchdowns
