Taking to Instagram to recall the incident from earlier this year, the star admitted that it was a 'really, really dangerous' situation. 'I was in my room and I turned the fire on and all of a sudden it blew up in my face,' the 42-year-old chart-topper told her followers in a new video posted on Monday night.
